Sydney gets a sun-soaked margarita playground as Oxford House transforms with PATRÓN for summer, complete with the city’s first Salt Sommelier.

Sydney is officially entering its Summer of Margs. PATRÓN Tequila and Oxford House are joining forces to transform the Paddington boutique hotel’s Pool Bar into PATRÓN Hacienda, a bright escape inspired by the real Patrón Hacienda in Mexico, the home where PATRÓN is crafted. It’s a place made for long days, warm nights and the city’s favourite cocktail.

From Saturday 6 December to Sunday 22 February, Oxford House will take on a full summer glow-up. Think poolside afternoons, fresh Margaritas, a soundtrack designed for lazy lounging and late-night dancing, and DJs at the Pool Bar on weekends.

A hero of the takeover is the exclusive PATRÓN ‘Summer of Margs’ cocktail lineup, three standout margaritas crafted to elevate Sydney’s favourite summer ritual. Each drink has been designed to feel fresh, bright and unmistakably PATRÓN and served with the warm hospitality that captures the effortless feeling you’d experience at the real Hacienda in Mexico;

Taking things to a whole new level, PATRÓN Hacienda introduces Sydney to its first-ever PATRÓN Salt Sommelier. Guests can explore bespoke pairingsbased on their flavour preferences from Olsson’s Salt, including: Australian Native Plum; Salt Bush and Mountain Pepper Leaf; Lemon Zest; Rosemary, and more daily by the hotels Pool Bar.. Hotel guests throughout summer will also have access to the Salt Sommelier, for in-room cocktails and salt pairings between 4PM & 5PM/
